In addition to the design of over 150 buildings, Mike has substantial experience in the following building related areas: 

  • LEED project management
  • Design of cold formed steel exterior framing systems, including support of brick veneers. Design and detailing of continuous insulation systems.
  • Design of, and construction processes for un-shored composite steel floor framing systems to achieve high floor levelness.
  • Preparation of specifications geared to minimize issues related to installation of flooring products in fast track construction.
  • Passive structural fire protection systems, including static and dynamic perimeter fire stop assemblies.
